Write a review

What is a constructive review?

Before you leave a review, please make sure that:

• You are or were a client of the firm you wish to review.
• You are not an employee or a competitor of the firm you wish to review.
• You are not a friend or a relative of the firm you wish to review.
• You have not received any form of inducement, financial or otherwise, to post a review.
• Your intention is to write a balanced, accurate, and constructive review of the service you received.
• Your review is not intended to mislead.
• You do not plan to write multiple reviews of the same firm on the GSG unless you have received a completely separate service from the firm.

Please write a fair and balanced review, including what you liked and didn't like about the service:

• Be specific: Provide specific details about your experience with the solicitor, including what you liked and what you didn't like.
• Avoid personal attacks: If you have received poor service, it can be tempting to write a personal attack. You can write a review about a specific individual, but we ask that you please stick to the facts.
• Offer suggestions for improvement: Offer suggestions for how the solicitor could improve their services (e.g., be more communicative, be clearer about pricing, inform me if my case has been passed to a different solicitor).
• Be respectful: Please keep your feedback respectful and avoid slurs and insults, even if you had a negative experience.
• Focus on facts: Stick to the facts of your experience rather than offering vague opinions about the solicitor or their services.
