I have had 4 not guilties with Levins one as recent as last week Jan 31st at Liverpool Crown they took my case on with just 2 weeks notice as I sacked the previous firm Brodie Jackson canter ...I was looking at about 8 to 10 yrs if found guilty an I had to go to the CC to switch solicitors it was not an easy process but I stood my ground as the other firm had not even sent me any paperwork not even my defence statement ... Also I was on remand so the pressure was on an Kevin's were absolutely brilliant in not only getting all my paperwork together but they even managed to get hold of a witness that even my mate couldn't get hold of Ray was in charge of that an he put himself on 45 minutes notice an he would be there taking statements I mean wow 45 minutes away any time of the day an he'd be there doing the leg work for Dave Woods who was up at the prison as soon as the legal aid was sorted out an to top it off the barrister he got for me John Rogers was literally a legal genius I was in front of the top judge in liverpool CC an you could tell that even he had pure respect for him the case folded literally 10 mins after he questioned my witness but how great was Levins Dave Woods in particular for taken my case on with just 2 weeks to go before trial an win FANTASTIC .....
