Review: My car was damaged while parked by a drunk motorcyclist. What should have been a straightforward third-party claim for the cost of the damage took over two years to settle, and then only after complaining to the Legal Ombudsman. Apart from the unwarranted delays (after making all reasonable allowances for disruption caused by the Covid pandemic), there appears to have been no effective monitoring of the performance of the claims-handling team, complaints were ignored and correspondence was lost. I must have spent 50-100 hours chasing them, to little effect. At one point, I was even compelled to contact the third party insurer direct to ascertain if they were responsible for the delay, as claimed by Ageas (they weren’t!). Although the claim was eventually settled, all I got from Ageas was a bland apology and derisory offer of compensation. All totally unsatisfactory. If your insurers refer your claim to this firm, I recommend that you ask for it to be transferred elsewhere – you could hardly do worse!

Review: Ageas Law were allocated to my mother's RTA case through Tesco car insurance. Very poor communication. Constantly had to chase. Never achieved a deadline. Only concluded when I threatened to go to the ombudsman. Took over 2 years to deal with a very straight forward case where the driver had admitted liability. Shocking service.

Review: Incredibly disappointed with this firm. The are supposed to be representing me after a car accident. Nobody calls, you have to do all of the chasing, all of the time. So disappointed. They clearly do not care about their clients. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM if you want a smooth process. If you liked to be kept in the dark with lots of false promises Ageas Law is the one for you! Would give a minus star if I could

Review: Absolutely incompetent. It's been over 25 months since the road traffic accident. The court case to decide how much compensation we would get was over two months ago and we've still not had the money in our accounts. No one replies to your phone calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.AVOID!!!

Review: Nothing but stress. Constantly changing case handlers and never responding to emails also they will charge you the full percentage and to top that off. When you’ve agreed on a price they change it and ignore you and won’t give you a reason or explanation why it’s changed and I haven’t even been paid for my injuries only the money i lost from not being able to go work and my excess so in theory I was no better off

Review: I instructed Ageas Law as I was involved in a car accident. They wasted about a year with my case only to tell me that I did not have a case. When I knew that I did (I was knocked down on a Pedestrian Crossing, Yes on a crossing) I instructed another solicitors. I got my compensation a little while ago. Ageas Law are incompetent, useless, very stressful as wasting time when they should have got CCTV images to get proven images/evidence. They are lazy, use too many handlers who are extremely unprofessional. Please do not use this law firm, read the other reviews, listen and walk away. Unless you want to waste time, added stress to your life then go with them because that is what you will get, nothing but misery.

Review: These were my 'representatives' a few years ago after being shunted into the car in front of me on the motorway. From the moment I spoke to them it was apparent that they were taking the side of third party. They disbelieved me and that was obvious from day one. I had months of stress due to the incompetence of the person who was apparently representing me - and to be quite honest I could have done a better job myself. Absolutely useless and use them at your peril. I've had to select one star but would have selected zero if it was an option.

Review: I wouldn't even give Ageas law a one star if I could, I've never came across such a terrible company, as you can see by other reviews my case kept passing over from one person to another and not all of my information was passed on to the next person, and had very little correspindance throughout my case, I even had a first offer sent to the third party to then receive further correspondence stating they can no longer deal with my case. It took me to threaten them with going to the legal onbudsman to actually get a response from them. I don't normally write reviews but felt I had to on this occasion, hopefully I will never have to deal with them again, I don't understand how there can be any positive reviews for them on other sites. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have said that when its finally finished I want their % to be discussed as I feel they haven't done their job. seems to be the trend on here, wish I hadn't gone with them and I also was put in touch with them from Tesco insurance. My car crash was 3 years ago since left work with anxiety. Wish I could change law firm

Review: From previous comments you can see the horrific service of this company. From start to finish this company has been a complete mess. The stress and anxiety it has caused me due to lack of communication (not returning phone calls, emails, not keeping me in the loop) having several advisers due to "leaving staff". I have had to bring together my own evidence while going though an accident claim that was not my fault. I could not think of a company that I would recommend less. After waiting over a year an a half for my case to be settle my payment has been received from the third party and still has not been deposited to myself. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!!!!!

Review: My advice is keep well away from Ageas,thay made me wait two years with a broken wrist after the other drivers insurance accepted liability so in the end I had to use the nhs to fix it an the case workers don’t care at all an lie all the time an even when trying to make a complaint it takes 48hrs for them to get back to you but just cover for them so if you want to wait three years an treated like a pain in the ass every time you ring them to actually work on your case then stay well away,the treatment is shocking an I would rather go without than use Ageas new law solicitors

Review: I had a non fault accident. Tesco's insurance put me in touch with Ageas Law to handle my personal injury claim. The payout was agreed and accepted. But Ageas Law have not forwarded on any of the money to me yet. They advised me there may be up to 6 weeks waiting period. So far it has been 12 weeks. They do not respond to my emails. If i call they say they will get someone to call me back, but never call. I would advise against using this company as they seem to be untrustworthy. They seem to keep the full payout and ignore the claimant once they have the money in their account!

Review: Don't touch this firm they contacted me through tescos car insurance I had a car accident an 27 march 2016 they wrote to the wrong third party insurance for the first 6 months of the case they didn't even know the insurance company admitted it was there fault they played for my car been repaired till I phoned the went to pyshio diagnosed whiplash shoulder injury and anxiety this case is still going on complaint to Tesco car insurance which I will never use again and they put me back intouch with ageas law solicitors complained person on phone Iam very sorry about the way your case was handled it went through at least 3 people in this firm and they kept having to look up my case as they didn't know nothing about heard nothing on 3, Feb17 email for intern payment told it would take 2 week she phoned it would take till 27 February and guess what not heard a thing stay away from this insurance firm waste of time
