Review: Tim Fielding was in charge of our case in 1999 over a block of holiday flats me and my sister had just inherited...the council made a booboo after they gave planning permission to a new neighbour to carry out underpinning on a DIY basis. he damaged our property. leaving it unfit to sell and unfit for its purpose. but the booboo happened when the building control officer signed the neighbours work off satisfactory.. all this while not even investigating the complaint...in fact he disregarded our complaint in full....that wasn't right and he should have disputed there decision...but he didn't instead he went along with the councils bad mistake and dragged our case on for eight and half years.. he made something very straight forward into a complicated case that if he had disputed in the beginning would have been resolved Quick and I would not recommend employing these lawyers if you want your problem resolving fast...

Review: Unprofessional Working with John Ferguson; he has failed to provide a proper standard of service and behave in a way that maintained my trust. he did not keep me properly and promptly informed about my matter and delayed communication with me and the other side's solicitor. Had to find another solicitor. Already filed formal complaint about service received.
