Review: I honestly don’t know where to start… We had multiple questions go unanswered, phones calls never returned, emails ignored, arrogant responses when we complained and after complaining there were still periods where no one would answer ours or the other sides solicitors questions. Pattinsons recommended we use Bindman and because of this, I lost a little faith in Pattinsons too. I’ve reviewed my emails with Pattinsons, Bindmans and the other sides estate agents today just to be sure what I am writing is factual and just reading them over and having no response, or 1 of 3 questions answered and having to wait weeks before my other 2 were addressed, just really angers me. Based on our experience, we would never use nor would we ever recommend Bindmans solicitors. If like us you were naive and trusted Pattinsons recommendation before discovering these reviews…. Good luck.
