Review: Rarely do I write reviews, but on the odd occasion i feel compelled to and obviously this is one such… Without going into too much detail, I was involved in a road traffic accident in which i was broadsided. I appointed DLG Legal Services to represent me (from a recommendation) and I feel fortunate that I did. A long, complex and drawn out case (over 3 years) was handled impeccably by my case handler Byron Kettles, whom I am immensely grateful too, for not only what he did but also how he went went about his work - patient, great communication, calmness, honest, fair and most fundamentally, a real determination to get results. The bottom line being, the result Byron was able to produce, surpassed all my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to appoint DLG Legal services, should I have the need in future and certainly if they could guarantee that Byron would be handling the case.

Review: DLG Legal Services are the most unprofessional, incompetent and ignorant solicitors I have worked with. I was involved in a car incident in November 2017, and over 2 years later, this is still far from resolved. I have had several file handlers now, each of whom seem to reply to several unanswered emails once in a blue moon. For example, I have asked for a simple update on a fortnightly basis, not asking for much. It has now been 6 weeks and 3 emails with no answer. I have even written formal letters for them to send to the third party insurer, and they can't even seem to issue that correctly without changing something (for the worse). Would not recommend this business at all.

Review: Involved in non fault RTA summer 2017 and DLGLS appointed by my insurer to deal with my injuries and uninsured losses. DLGLS started by sending deluge of claim forms as they'd set up three files. Sent me to have injuries assessed and had to return medical report four times (they blamed the doctor who was on their panel - I honestly thought the company or doctor had mixed my notes up with somebody else's the notes were so wrong). Needed two operations while claim going through- despite telling them this they didn't alter medical report until I made Ombudsman complaint and they were writing to me saying unless I got in touch they'd close my claim - despite telling them I 'd not be able to deal with claim while in hospital for operations). Sent letters asking me to return forms they hadn't sent me. Didn't sent me important letter then said it must have got lost in post. Emailed me letter they said they had sent. Metadata showed letter had been drawn up the day it was emailed to me. Made self evident mistakes on settlement pack then staff got arsey when I politely pointed them out. Had to email photos of my damaged clothing five times and this part claim was still not included on the excuse it couldn't be presented to the other drivers insurer...because I'd not sent proof it had been damaged! Called liar by member of staff when I queried injury settlement based on how long injuries had lasted as they'd made mistake and missed year off their own calculations. Made another complaint about poor handling and they tried to drop me by saying it it looked like I didn't trust them so they couldn't act for me any more. I really can't emphasise enough - avoid this company you'll save yourself a lot of grief.

Review: With Twane Humphreys as my case handler, I did not have a positive experience with DLG. I received infrequent communications and updates. I spent months meticulously completing a pain/impact diary because she asked me to do so, then once I'd sent it to her, said she would not be adding it to my case. She asked me to return forms she had not sent to me. She sent me forms she did not need completing. She asked me to complete the same forms more than once. I asked her to not telephone me due to my hearing impairment yet she continued to do so. I asked multiple times for her line manager's contact details so I could request an alternative case handler but she ignored every request. The case took 20 months despite being extremely straightforward because of Twane's poor administration skills and lack of attention to detail. The incompetent handling of my case has caused me more stress and anxiety than the RTA itself.

Review: DLG Legal Services are the worst company I have ever come across. I had an accident back in February 2018, which wasn't my fault, and the other side admitted liability straight away and my car claim was settled swiftly through Direct Line. The case handlers I have been dealing with at DLG Legal Services are based in South Africa. I have lost track of how many case handlers I have had, and I am on the second formal complaint already. Case handlers are simply useless. I don't receive updates of my claim unless I chase. When they send me documents, they are riddled with errors. To begin with, they sent my PI claim to the wrong person (they used an incorrect vehicle registration number). I don't believe they have valued the level of my compensation correctly, and now they have just submitted documents to the other side, with a valuation, without me actually signing it off, and the paperwork is riddled with more mistakes and one invoice for 5 physio therapy sessions has been missed completely. I am doing all the work and I am still not getting anywhere. Please do beware when dealing with DLG Legal Services.

Review: Absolutely appalling service. I've basically had to do everything myself then sending them information. Whenever I have phoned for an update they tell me that they're waiting for information that I've given them already. They then check the file and apologize saying they have it. This has happened over and over. Information is not correctly put into case files, case handlers are changed and information not passed on. Privelege insurance need to stop using this incompetent company as it reflects badly on them. Do not use dlg unless you have time to constantly phone and chase them up and have months upon months to wait for a resolution.

Review: DLG Legal Services. Mr Matthew Warren based at Bristol office dealt with my Employment Claim successfully. He conducted my case in a very professional and effective manner. His approach was extremely positive and respectful. He ensured that, I fully understand information related to my claim, which legal terms he made it easy and clear to understand for me. Mr Warren was always prompt to explain and provide me with his expertise advice whenever I needed. I was under lots of stress,as it can be extremely stressful to sue any Employer, Mr Warren recognised my level of stress, he always answered my phone and dealt with my queries, he ensured that my stress level can be minimised. Finally, when my employer made a settlement offer, him and Ms Sarah Fairclough managed to negotiate a higher settlement, which was without having to go under further stress of having to attend a four days Employment Tribunal. Ms Fairclough managed to negotiate for a higher settlement which was successful. Ms Sarah Fairclough explained to me and went through all the necessaries clauses step by step, before I signed the Agreement. I am ever so grateful to both Ms Sarah Fairclough and Mr Matthew Warren. To me Mr Matthew Warren and Sarah Fairclough will remain the best Legal representatives/ solicitors. Review: DO NOT GO WITH THEM! Had a rta back in July 16 where a stolen vehicle has hit the front passenger side of my car. We're now into February 2018 and I've still not had any compensation, me and my partner have to continuously chase them up. They're a part of the Direct Line Group clan who are nicey nice when you're calling up for a quote hoping that people go ahead with them. Once they get their money that's it they're not bothered. They don't treat their staff any better (I've worked for them for 7 months before I called it quits).

Review: Absolutely shocking. More than one year has passed since my husbands RTA and we have only had 2 medical appointments and 8 physiotherapy sessions. The other driver admitted fault, there was a police report AS WELL AS nhs reports on the ligament rupture as a cause of the accident and still the so called lawyers are trying to nit pick over what days were taken off work. Their "orthopoedic" was rude and unprofessional. After many moths of no results I had to accelerate things along doing THEIR job and chasing them up all the time. Finally we have had to move in with our family abroad because of our terrible financial situation after having had to sell our business as a direct consequence of the injury caused by the accident. Yet we have had to spend more money to have physio done and now they are refusing fo get my husband reasessed abroad because they dont want to pay for it. As a result we have debts and have not seen a penny yet nor are hopeful to. I will NEVER use them again and will not recommend them to ANYONE.
