Review: Messed up at every possible stage of our purchase. Terrible communication. Failed to represent our interests to the seller. Waited a month for reports to be typed up, then discovered no work had been done when we chased up. We were given a partial refund after completion, which was given in 'goodwill', then they asked for it back! I cannot overstate how dissatisfied I was with Double and Megson, this would be a zero star review if it was an option! You will have to chase them daily and rarely get answers. Stay well clear of them!
