Review: ' My mother-in-law who is 76 years old. She applied for a settlement to join us in the UK as our dependent. It was refused on the basis that she cannot show exceptional circumstances. We have heard lots about Everest Law Solicitors that they have helped many Nepalese. When we consulted with other solicitors that these types of cases have less merit. Everest Law helped us in the appeal process and worked very hard . In the end, the Tribunal allowed my mother-in-law's case on human rights grounds. Review: My sincere thank you Everest Law Solicitors, Mr Raju Thapa & Imran for all the services I have received to make it successful. I was having issues on visa extension to family (myself, husband and daughter) though I had solicitor representative from different company. To overcome from this situation, I was looking for the best solicitor services and I have decided for Everest Law Solicitors to work on behalf of us and eventually it seemed we had very right decision at that time. Not only they have acted on behalf of us but suggested us the possible and best option for our situation. The wait was bit long as the case was not lead to right direction at the beginning of the application through different lawyer company, we have now granted a form of limited leave to remain on the ground of private life. We are very happy for service and the outcome and definitely recommend who is looking for very professional immigration service in UK.
