Review: Awful service - paid to have a deed of trust, waited a month without even acknowledgment of payment. Chased a couple of times no call back. Finally said if I don’t hear back from them I’d like a refund, the solicitor still didn’t bother to return call but got reception to call and say they can still do do the deed of trust or they can refund but no details of timescale and solicitor wouldn’t take my call. I asked for the solicitor to call and just got a voicemail from the receptionist to say “do I want my money back”! Terrible service do not use them!
