Name: At last - it’s done!! (22/12/2023)
Review: This firm of Solicitors did the conveyancing of the sale of my cottage - and although they did the process professionally, it took twice as long as expected - it was the sale of a vacant property to a cash buyer. I had to waste a lot of time chasing up the progress of the work done - which at least four different members of the staff were involved in. At one stage - an 18 page questionnaire which I had filled in for the sale - was returned to me to do again - not a problem at all - except that it took 8 weeks for them to realise that it had not been filled in correctly!! So unfortunately, I cannot recommend this firm of solicitors.
