Review: I have no idea why people have given HSS bad reviews for there complex claims and "long waits". I used HSS historically, 3-4 times and there service is premium! Great comms, great timeframes and my input is minimum. This company has rightfully secured me over £5k in the past 10rs. NEVER any hassle over charges, costs etc Currently they are supporting a claim for me whilst I have another claim under support from another law firm that I won't name. It's around 18mnths since this most recent claim was submitted and they've resolved it and secured compensation before my other law firm has even finalised the medicals!! Not to mention the communication from the other firm; I get more conversation/proffessional updates out of my 6year old.. Thanks HSS for supporting me over the past 10yrs. I'll keep referring people to you as I have done many times before. Thanks again, 5 star service

Review: Although it took a long time to get some compensation for an awful holiday nearly 3 years ago, the team at High Street Solicitors were always extremely helpful and kept me posted. I would highly recommend them. They did not give up and I finally got back some money. Thank you.

Review: An absolute disgrace of a company. DO NOT have these guys as your legal representatives. I have asked these to claim back an investment due to poor financial advice. When I email for an update, HSS colleagues email each other calling me abusive names and I received one of these emails by accident. I complained about this and wanted to move solicitors and they forced me into the contract. Basically they can abuse you and then charge you for abusing you. What a shambles. Furthermore one of their employees took my address details the same day I logged the complaint and starting logging complaint with government organisations about silly little things like rats (environment agency) etc to try cause trouble because I had logged a complaint about her. The individual actually left her surname on the form the idiot. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!
