Review: Dealt with the sale of my house on 17 Nov 2017. It is now 13 Dec 2017 (nearly a month later) and Napthens have failed to provide me with a final statement detailing all the charges I paid for. Once they were paid, they do not reply to emails and fail to provide the info requested. Even their Head of Conveyancing Sarah Barnes has failed to do so. Would recommend that you go with a reputable company that could do the simple things like provide receipts for costs.
