Review: Extremely poor service and unprofessional. Contacted firm over Christmas to pursue ongoing claim, was informed that I should contact again after christmas and when I did so I was continually told the solicitor I was dealing with was in a meeting, was busy, would get back to me, this continued for over 3 weeks and during this time not a single member of staff contacted me to explain why our case was apparently dropped. Don't waste your time or money on these solicitors they have absolutely no interest in supporting the little guy or any person for that matter. Very disappointed and let down.
