Reviews

Name: Callum Williams (03/03/2021)

Review: I used Paul Dodds Law conveyancing for the sale of my previous property and purchase of current property from January to August of 2020. My advice to anybody considering using this company would be to AVOID them at all costs. The service that my partner and I received from the conveyancing team was disgraceful. Poor response times from the person dealing with our move (unless it involved money, in which one employee even turned up at our house during a pandemic with documents to sign despite us informing her not to), being passed from employee to employee, poor customer service, promises of different dates which never happened and non existent customer service. Moreover, the company’s employees are extremely unprofessional and could not find my bank details and mislaid amounts of money of which I had previously paid. A formal complaint had to be put in about this matter for it to be eventually resolved. What should have been a happy time for us was made miserable by them.
