Review: Heartbroken.... for my Brother to find out 1 week before Christmas that these (loose description) "people" had sat on his legal aid application for 6 weeks and still not submited it. Any thoughts of seeing his Daughter at Christmas are now gone. Thoughtless at best.. neglegent at worst. If there was a minus 10 I would tick it.
