Review: I wish I could share a good experience but in total honesty, the service received from preuveneers has only giving me problems. Out of the many issues, we received correspondence addressed to someone else that was not related with our case on different occasions. This raised concerns of this happening also with someone else and our sensible data also share with other people by mistake. Furthermoe, when received the notes about our mortgage offer, they sent comments about some other mortgage type that were totally incorrect (they commented about a mortgage on an interest repayment basis when ours was on a capital repayment basis). Again, creating confusion, delay and further concerns. Until then, we were very understanding just kindly mentioning the errors to them. However, the worst came after with the way we were treated afterwards, when unfortunately, we could not complete the purchase. This happened because the process took long and during that time our circumstances including work location changed so we had no option that pulling out before exchange. This was unfortunate but not our fault and was all taken well by all parts but Preuveneers. I must clarify that the fact we could not proceed with the purchase was not to do directly with preveuneers but when we informed them of our change of circumstances they were not very understanding and pushed to charge us for nearly the full amount of the initial fees, even though less than half of the steps outlined by themselves in the initial purchasing form were completed. Now, although some other firms are very understanding with this situation, we totally understand that we needed to pay the work done but when I tried to agree on a more reasonable amount, I was treated very bad and threaten by phone with legal action if I did not pay on the same day. A very very poor experience and unfortunately, I could not recommend these services to anyone based on my painful personal experience.

Review: I have been dealing with Preuveneers since 1994. And on every occasion all my conveyancing was handled in a professional manner . I also had the pleasure of dealing with Kelly Cirillo twice and she was excellent. My hats off to her team
