Review: Do not use this business. They are utterly useless at providing any kind of support or assistance. They set me up an online Case Tracking account which was a complete waste of time. Not a single question I asked was responded to, emails likewise and calling them up was also a waste of time. At one point I talked to a lady who said at the current stage they had everything they needed from me. When I pointed out that the Case Tracking page showed a number of outstanding forms they couldn't explain why. in three months, yes THREE MONTHS they archived nothing for me. I eventually went with a local firm who solved everything from start to finish in four weeks.

Review: My Mum was recommended Solex in regards to the sale of her house and the purchase of a new bungalow. I dealt with Fiona Condon and I can only say she was great. My Father has dementia so the process of trying to sell a house is incredibly difficult when like my Mum you are trying to look after your husband. However Fiona has been on hand to offer support, she has been patient and understanding of our situation. During the process she offered invaluable advice and helped save us money. I think it always easy to find fault with processes which are long and complicated but for me I am very pleased I used Solex. Both Fiona and her assistant Danielle were excellent
