Review: We have been put on Stop because £16 was added to an invoice we had already paid as an additional sum generated by the Debt interest. As a Customer of many years I do find this aspect of Customer Service both extremely poor and an embarrassing policy in addition to poor coding. We could easily pay next time we raise an LBA.
