Review: do not use this company, i recently had a bill of these unfortunately i had fraud going on in my personal account so i was unable to get money out of my bank account. i contacted them via phone and was transferred to the receptionist, all i can say is wow i have never been spoken to so badly in my life. i was told the lady i had to speak to had left for the day the receptionist then turned round to me and said well you better call back tomorrow or you will be getting a ccj, i was so shocked i then asked for the lady's name and she hung up on me. i then called back to speak to a manager and was told i would get a call back the next morning at 9:30. just had a call from credit control no manager and she wudn't let me speak at all all she did was go on and on. they have not even listened to what the woman said to me sorry but a professional solicitors should not go on like that! there attitude is appalling. solicitors are supposed to be professional this company is by far the worst i have ever dealt with. i am going to contact trading standards and the newspapers this morning about them i would advise every1 to use another firm not this terrible company.
