Review: Not a bad review, a honest review. Finally after nearly 4 yrs, & 4 different case handlers my accident claim was settled (started claim beginning of November 2014), don't know who caused the hold up. Had to contact them the majority of the time for updates on how my claim was progressing (felt like I was bothering them), often had no reply to my emails, & was told (by a case handler) they can take up to 6 weeks to reply as they are busy, a quick call or an email every few weeks to let you know if any progress had been made would have been helpful, instead of not returning calls or replying to emails. Out court settlement was agreed, it took a further 6 weeks between them receiving payment & me getting my money. I felt they forget that I was paying them for their services (25% of settlement)
