If you are a member of the TUC and you have a problem at work, the TUC can help you with access to legal advice and representation. Many of the member unions of the TUC offer legal services to their members, including advice on employment law, workplace disputes, and discrimination. These services can help you to understand their your legal rights.
The TUC also campaigns on behalf of workers for better pay, conditions, and job security. The TUC influences government policy and legislation with a view to improving the interests of workers' rights and interests.
