Review: Mr. Philip Cartin was recommended to me for a conveyancing transaction. Mr. Cartin provided a first class service. As a former solicitor, I placed great emphasis on replying promptly to clients, and in this regard, Mr. Cartin was exemplary. I had to chase nothing, he kept me up to date and I would also add, very steady in handling the other side's solicitors. Also, as the transaction carried an emotional element for me, he was very caring and thoughtful. Based on my dealing with Mr. Cartin and his firm, I found them excellent and would highly recommend them.
