Review: We've never come across a firm that gives such poor service & doesn't seem to care about clients. The actual staff member who was dealing with our move did her best under trying circumstances. To avoid postal issues we drove several times to Hedge End to hand deliver paperwork but this was never passed on & we would get an email asking us to return items that had been delivered days before. Telephone messages similarly didn't get passed on. We've recently discovered that paperwork was not submitted correctly to land registry & we had to chase up to ensure that this was done. The staff member we dealt with has left, apparently feeling the same frustrations as we did, over the company attitude to it's clients & staff. Nobody bothered to keep an eye on her emails so queries from our purchasers solicitor just got ignored. Did we get an apology? of course not. The service received has been very unprofessional & certainly not what we expected for the money paid.
