Review: We felt that we were treated badly and without professional care. The continual delays could have jeopardized our mortgage offer. It took them 25 days to produce a document; which had already been produced previously and only needed to be edited, when the emailed documnet finally arrived, we opened it, not only was it incorrect it was another clients confidential probate account. Eventually, we managed to get what we wanted. Dealing with this firm proved to be very frustrating, their attitude was one of indifference throughout.
