Review: My sister dealt with them directly, and I supported her remotely. She 'worked' with Graham Halliday, who achieved absolutely nothing, explained nothing and provided no guidance of substance. He apparently sought documentation from the conveyancing solicitors of the house, and when he didn't receive a reply, sent my sister an invoice for 1000 pounds alongside a note to tell her that he couldn't get the documents he needed to continue. There was no breakdown in costs for the arbitrary sum. Unreal. She refused to pay, of course, and he said he'd accept an hour's consultation fee for 150 pounds. Such a waste of time.
