Review: Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with Insight Law whilst buying a house. Our lawyer was very difficult to get hold of, rude and unprofessional. We had to be vigilant about everything processed by this firm and uncovered many mistakes. They did offer us a reduction in their fee which helped. A few weeks after concluding the transaction we realised they had received cashback from our mortgage supplier and had not sent it to us. They promptly transferred us the missing money when we brought it to their attention but sadly this was just another example of us having to check everything they did.
