Review: I couldn’t have asked for anything more from Jones Nickolds solicitors. My solicitor Laura Smail was completely professional throughout: understanding of all situations, offering good advice at every stage, and always being prompt in responding to emails and questions. Their advice and support was invaluable at a particularly challenging time. I would not hesitate but to recommend them again.

Review: Jones Nickolds, specifically its solicitors Gemma Irving and Alexandra Gray, make me strongly question this firm's association with the Resolution family law organisation. One of Resolution's primary principles is a "committ[ment] to the constructive resolution of family disputes." In my opinion, however, and as a licensed international lawyer and trained civil court and community mediator, these solicitors are notably aggressive, litigious, and more interested in seizing the most that they can get for a client under the law than what is best for children involved in parental disputes or the health of the relationships between family members. In sum, it is my opinion that these solicitors represent everything against which Resolution's ethos stands. After 2 years of observation, I could not recommend these solicitors to any families who are trying to navigate the highly volatile circumstance that is family law litigation and who wish to have a functional relationship in the future.

Review: Everyone I dealt with at Jones Nickolds was very professional. However, whilst going through my divorce. I felt at times the advice given made matters worse for my family and my ex. When they could have been resolved amicably. I would choose a solicitor who wants to settle matters swiftly.
