Review: When we were selling our property we had £500 retained by lcf for 6 months incase there was any unpaid bills on the property. Its now been 7 months and we are still waiting to get our £500 pounds back. Every time I call or email about the subject I get an out of office reply or just a mere "we're loooing into it". The customer service is appalling. I wouldnt reccomend them to anyone
