I and my partner recently bought a house and I can honestly the company went above and beyond. Given the current global pandemic, we were uneasy in how the process was going to go ahead. However, Michael and Tom were both in regular contact, kept us updated all the way through the process and very approachable and knowledgeable. Review: I used this firm to do a Transfer of equality, pretty simple transaction. I basically did the job this firm should have done. The are absolutely useless, don't chase things up to speed the transaction up. Gave wrong information, misled me when it came to the quote and over charged me when it came to completion. I had no choice but to pay up to complete on the property, now trying to recover funds via the Ombudsman. Honestly, would not recommend this firm at all. They really are incompetent and very rude.
