Review: Wish I had read reviews before using this company. An absolute disgrace. Incompetent, unprofessional, unhelpful, lazy and passed from one person to another. Do not use this company.

Review: When writing this review I am really struggling to find a positive thing to say about them... Not a great start to the review but unfortunately the theme continues throughout. From the start of the process they have been nothing but disorganised "forgetting" to sign documents and not sending documents out on letter headed paper. (School boy errors). They are also great at making up unrealistic timescales and under delivering on promises. There is no need to keep your phone on loud as to get call back from them is unheard of, this is after they dodge your first 10 calls. They always seem to be in "meetings" or "on the phone". Emails also do not get returned and feel yourself nothing bit frustrated and undervalued. When you ask to complain they are very compliant and provide Richard Jones (one of the directors) email address to address your concerns. This is absolutely no use as he seems to not care much about his establishment not taking on board what you have said and actually not even acknowledging your complaint. The whole process from the start has been nothing but stressful and even though me and my wife are now homeless nobody seems to care and we have even been told we are not a priority. Overall disgusting service and have felt feeling extremely frustrated!
