Review: Following the death of our son Will in 2020, Neil Mann helped us through a COVID-extended period of mourning and our search for explanations regarding the latter years of Will's life. The service that he and his team provided was professional compassionate and respectful, and given the fact that the process took more than five years, including a delayed inquest, his patience, sensitivity, and empathy were remarkable. We recommend him to anyone in a similar situation where 'closure' is very difficult and seemingly impossible to achieve.
