Review: We have been waiting a month for a reply to our email and have sent 2 chasers with no response. From the start of our transactions (3 in total) I was disappointed with the service provided, and felt I had to do far more myself than I should have done. However the biggest cause for concern is how difficult it is to get any form of reply from this company. It's been a month since I emailed requesting an update, and we have sent two follow up emails again requesting this update and expressing our disappointment and we still haven't even had a reply. I will not use this company again
