Review: I instructed RLE Law after reading good reviews on Really moving. Initially I had a great response from them answering my questions and confirming the quote. Since instructing them my initial quote went up by nearly £200with no explanation, response to emails is slow /non existent and I feel like they are preventing my house sale progressing. I have complained to a senior member of the team but it takes 8 weeks to investigate - not much use when you are part way through a house sale. They advise to use the online tracking portal but they have not updated it in over a month. From my experience I would not advise using this company.

Review: RLE Law caused our exchange to miss deadline. Unfortunately they were just not at all responsive other than when being hounded by multiple parties; when they did communicate they were very unprofessional in their telephone and email demeanour. A real shame.
