Review: So many mistakes - sent me about 10 different completion statements with ridiculous errors, paid off old mortgage on wrong date causing £1500 fee, got stamp duty, HA solicitors fees and made up estate agents fees on statement, denied they were acting for me when seller's solicitors contacted them, slow to respond. The conveyancer even has the word conveyancer spelt wrong on her email signature, that should have been a clue to the standard of service. Pick someone else, I am having to complain to the ombudsman, the lack of attention to detail has cost me far more than I saved.

Review: Do no use this company never phone back when they say solicitor who is dealing with this case is never in office or phones back sent a letter saying i have 21 day to contact them i have been trying for last 5 days to get a responce from them even went to office in mobray road and was told defo phone you at 3 oclock but never i will be at there office evey day now untill this is sorted do not use them just tell you a lot of bull s--t if i could of give 0 i would have
