Review: Do yourself and your buyers a favour and do not use them! My husband and I are purchasing a house and our vendor is using this solicitor. The process began in mid-September 2021 but we didn't get the paperwork we needed to sign until 23rd December. Our vendor returned their paperwork on 21st December and, despite being chased every day, last week TR said they had not received the paperwork from our vendor. We have attempted to exchange 3 times since Friday and may not even manage it this week. We found out today (via our estate agent) that the original TR solicitor handling things on the vendor's side had left and nothing had been done with our case since. They just ignored it. These delays have left us in a situation where we (myself, my husband and 3 young children) still cannot give our landlord notice that we are leaving. Our landlord has now sold the house we are currently renting and we now need to be out by the end of Feb, and are still in a position where we cannot feasibly give notice and cannot even book removal companies because we have no idea if we will complete on time. We have had to take out home insurance on the new house to get us to the stage where we were ready to exchange and complete based on a completion date that TR gave both sides and we now have less than 2 weeks go despite still not having exchanged these delays will potentially cost us another month in rent if we do not complete by the 11th. TR are useless and it seems like they cannot be bothered to do the job they are being paid to do, and they don't care about the massive problems they cause on the other end due to their gross incompetence and ineptitude. A simple case that should have taken weeks has now been running for four months. They don't answer calls or emails, and they don't care about the problems they cause people. I wish I could complain about them to the law society and the ombudsman but that is up to our vendor. It is safe to say, however, that my husband and I will NEVER use this utter shambles of a firm.

Review: Extremely Frustration! The only one star is given to the admin staff who were speaking nicely on the phone. This is what happened to me the past 12 weeks and I hope it helps the future customer in relation to the poor professional standards in this film. Below is are true facts. This may happen to you. Be aware! 1. For the past 12 weeks, my solicitor (MB from the Kettering) only emailed me to sign the form twice. 2. Any email to writing directly to her in relation to details- ignored. This solicitor blocked all the phone calls from the external phone calls * at least my mobile phones. 3. All the emails through her two assistants- failed. "They only said we already passed your email to the solicitor and she should get back to you soon". Of course, the solicitor did not respond 4. Two phone calls through their customer service teams. They promised to pass the information not only to the solicitor but also to the line manager. No responses 5. Even a direct phone call and email to the branch manager, Still being ignored 6. Let alone for the past 10 weeks not a single email clearly states the progress of the search , provide me the fitting list. If you don't chase them, no movements. Even 8 weeks after getting the mortgage offer 7. A very humble question about when will be the transaction date or what process am I in -- customers are not deserved to know. 8. Should this solicitor (claimed to have 20 years of experience from the website) is a unique case. it is also evident that none of the customer service team actually care about customers. They only passed the information and showed no intention to chase the case. If this can help Taylor Rose to make a reflection about this is how they treat their customer in the real situation, I truly hope a reputable firm like this can make a real reflection. If otherwise, all the potential customers, think twice. This may happen to you.

Review: Completely incompetent. When I was dealing with them for our first time buy, took ages for the assigned solicitor (Kerry White) to respond, she mostly ignored calls, voicemail messages and emails, and was never at her desk. Eventually, her colleague took over after I complained to her supervisor. Sent us paperwork for a wrong property (in Midlands somewhere), which I shredded to make sure it doesn't fall into someone else's wrong hands. Called them several times, sent emails, 3.5 years on, we still don't have any paperwork for our house. Got in touch with them a couple of weeks ago, still no response despite being told that someone will get in touch. They will probably get in touch after seeing this again and ask me to delete this review like they did last time when I gave them the benefit of the doubt. It's no too much to ask for the correct paperwork to be sent out, and it's not a complex task, so I'm not sure why they are so slow about it, I guess once they get paid, you are dead to them.
